I am a textile designer & former art teacher working in Oxfordshire, while juggling life with two energetic daughters & my Irish Terrier, Patsy.
I started life as a freelance designer after graduating from Falmouth in 2005 & in 2015 I set up my own pop up shop in a shipping container!
3 years on & I am in the process of opening Winterbrook Garden Nurseries (\9 with my original shop. Along with the plant nursery, my dad & I are launching a new venture into architectural salvage & garden antiques.
We have many new ideas & events in the pipeline so please check back to keep updated or subscribe to my mailing list for updates direct to your inbox.
I am pleased to announce that I have taken the pledge to no longer use cellophane wrappers on any of my own card range from June 2018.
I recently found out about this brilliant campaign, to get artists, designers & retailers to reduce their use of plastics in a very simple way.
If someone wants a protective cover for a greetings card I will offer a paper bag alternative, which can be recycled throughout the UK through kerbside schemes.
